Kanga Farm Equipment employed Technicad Solutions (TCS) to work in close collaboration for their research and development.

TCS produced 3D models for approval and once approved supplied shop details for manufacture and dxf files for all plate profiling and pressing work.

Abigroup were in a delemma in continuing with the railway crossing overpass. After an incident, the union ban the site until a solution was attained.

Speed Pro Engineering was approached for a solution and together with TCS the outcome was a huge success.

Coffee roaster Special Blend Australia required a bin filled with a blend of different raw coffee beans, mechanically poured into a trough.

TCS designed and produced shop detail drawings for manufacture.

C4 roaster had a requirement in storing raw beans from all over the world for easy access.

Space was priority as 24 hoppers need to fit into 160 sqm warehouse shared with 3 roasters.

TCS proceeded to work and designed this! Complete with shop details and engineering computations. TCS also subcontracted and directed total fabrication.

ICU Solarcam have developed a sophisticated and intelligent security camera.

Customers requests for portability. Their requirements in placing these security cameras where needed.

There was difficulty in placing the electrode insulator in position on the railway overpass.

Misalignment caused huge delays due to having to cut the concrete and re-cement.

Chris James came up with the idea and TCS produced shop drawing ready for manufacture.

Hughesdale Precast Seats.

TCS produced the the entire design from supplied drawing.

All the sheet-metal work was supplied to a laser company and then pressing details to the manufacture.

Kibo Engineering was required to press up a transition with a twist.

TCS developed and presented the layout including the DXF file for laser cutting.

Jack builds compartments for tray utilities in his spare time. He required someone to develop the pressing layout and produce a dxf file for laser cutting.
Technicad Solutions supplies drawings, dxf files and the laser cut materials, ready for manufacture.

ICU Solarcam required a concept mobile camera for a sports institution.
3D illustration was provided using IronCad. A realistic render produced from Lumion.
